【断捨離計画】増殖しつつある紙書類を何とかする

昨日の午後、めいっぱい時間かけて、机周りの紙書類を片付けていました。

いらんやつ、予想以上に溜まっていて驚愕！
なんでこれを取っていたのだろう…、という自分のおろかさにもビックリ。

で、「現物を手元に置いとく」ものと、「デジタルで保存しておけばいいや」というものに分類。
派遣社員や契約社員で働いてきたときの契約書とかタイムシートとかは、現物で取っておこうと思っていたのですが、<span class="font-big">3年以上前のとかいらんやん！</span><strong></strong>
と思い直すようになって、お蔵入りしていた<a href="http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/B005UXGP8S/tabiclub-22/ref=nosim/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >FUJITSU ScanSnap S1500</a>の動作確認ついでに、古い契約書をガンガン電子書類化していました！

かなりすっきりしました！
ホッチキスで止められたのは、いちいち金具を取ってあげないといけないのですが、改めて<a href="http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/B005UXGP8S/tabiclub-22/ref=nosim/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >FUJITSU ScanSnap S1500</a>のすごさを思い知らされました。
大量の紙をまとめて電子化するなら、これはかって損は無いです！

そして、スキャニングした書類はぜーんぶ<a href="https://www.evernote.com/referral/Registration.action?uid=2152825&sig=0f4e8bfd27cbc8c88e16e629607723bc">Evernote</a>に、自動で登録してくれる設定にしています。

これで、PCはもちろん、スマホからでもタブレットからでも確認できるわけです。こりゃ便利。

今、SnapScanを購入するなら、↓<a href="http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00A5YE7C8/tabiclub-22/ref=nosim/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >FUJITSU ScanSnap iX500 FI-IX500</a>のほうが、無料アプリを利用して、取り込んだものをKindleなどのiPadやKindleなどからタブレットから閲覧できるらしいので、そちらがお勧めです。って、私が欲しいわっ！

取り込み作業が終わったら、シュレッダーにかけてすっきり。
ガガガガガガガガ---という音がやかましいのですが、カタルシス効果大有り。
心まですっきりと洗われます。

家庭用シュレッダーでは評判がよくそこそこ安価な<a href="http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/B005MWZO6Q/tabiclub-22/ref=nosim/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >アイリスオーヤマ ペーパーシュレッダー ホワイト</a>を使っています。
溜まった紙を捨てるとき、本体上部を取り外し（引き上げるだけだけど、これがちょっと重いかも）するタイプなので、そこが少し面倒くさいです。2000円ちょいだし、まぁそこだけ欠点ですが。

しかし、まぁ、少しづつながら物が減ってすっきりしていくのは気持ちいいです！病み付きになっています！
